This form is for use only if your translation was already issued and you need an extra official copy sent to a professional or educational institution. You must already have a Reference Number to provide. If you are inquiring about a new translation, please complete the Quote Request form instead.

Do not enter your own information for receipt of an official translation as you will not receive a response.

Note that in order to maintain the integrity of the document chain, Official copies and Extra Official copies are provided only to educational or professional institutions.

1. What We Provide: Each payment of $50.00 includes one (1) official, secure digital copy per email sent to a verifiable, professional or educational institution. *I understand and agree.

2. The Client acknowledges and accepts that delivery of the official translation is only via secured PDF and via email. Paper mailing is not available, without exception. *I understand and agree.

3. Client assumes absolute responsibility to check with the receiving institution/firm to affirm that they will accept our translation, and the manner in which it is to be delivered (secured PDF and via email only) and determine this in advance of payment. *I understand and agree.

4. Recipient Information for the INSTITUTION or EVALUATION AGENCY to receive the Official Translation. You will not receive a quote if you enter your own info or leave this blank. *

C. Delivery Options

Please choose your processing time frame: *Normal Delivery – Delivery by email will be executed no later than 5 business days later by 6pm PST, calculated from the first business date after all required information and payment are received prior to 1:00pm PST. The cost is included in the order price and you will receive an invoice as soon as the information provided is validated.RUSH Service – You have the option to request RUSH service at an additional cost of $100, where delivery by email will be executed no later than then next business day by 6pm PST, calculated from the first business date after all required information and payment are received prior to 1:00pm PST.
